FylTransfer is designed to retain only the information needed to deliver temporary transfers.

What we collect

We process transfer metadata such as file names, sizes, expiry, transfer status, download counts, and technical security logs. If you request a paid plan or support, we also collect the contact details you submit.

How files are used

Uploaded files are stored only to provide the transfer you requested. They are not sold or used to train artificial-intelligence models. Access may be restricted to a private link and optional password.

Retention

Files are scheduled to expire according to the transfer period. Limited metadata and security records may be kept longer for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

Infrastructure, email, analytics, and payment providers may process limited information on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can let a link expire or contact Support about access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.

Security

We use access controls, expiring links, encryption in transit and at rest, and abuse monitoring. No internet service is risk-free, so always keep your own backup.
