FylTransfer is designed to retain only the information needed to deliver temporary transfers.

What we collect

We process transfer metadata such as file names, sizes, expiry, transfer status, download counts, and technical security logs. If you request a paid plan, create an account, apply a promotion, or contact support, we also process the details you submit.

How files are used

Uploaded files are stored only to provide the transfer you requested. They are not sold or used to train artificial-intelligence models. Access may be restricted to a private link and optional password.

Payment information

Card details are collected and processed by our authorised payment processor through its secure checkout. FylTransfer does not store your complete card number or card security code. We may retain a processor-issued customer or transaction reference, payment status, billing amount, currency, invoice details, and subscription status for account servicing, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal records.

Retention

Files are scheduled to expire according to the transfer period. Limited account, billing, transfer, and security records may be kept longer for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

Infrastructure, email, analytics, security, and payment providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own security and compliance controls. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We select providers appropriate for an international service and limit access to what is needed to operate FylTransfer.

Your choices

You can let a link expire or contact Support about access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained where law, accounting, dispute handling, or fraud prevention requires it.

Security

We use access controls, expiring links, encryption in transit and at rest, and abuse monitoring. No internet service is risk-free, so always keep your own backup.
