Terms of Service

This page is a plain-language summary of the rules that keep FylTransfer useful and safe.

1. Using FylTransfer

FylTransfer provides temporary file-transfer links. You must have the right to upload and share every file you send. You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.

2. Temporary storage

Transfers expire according to the selected period and may be deleted sooner when required for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service protection. FylTransfer is a delivery service, not a backup service. Keep your own copy.

3. Limits and fair use

Transfer size, monthly allowance, expiry, and feature limits depend on the selected plan. Automated abuse, account sharing, excessive retries, or attempts to bypass limits may lead to suspension.

4. Security and availability

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee uninterrupted delivery or absolute security. Do not upload information that requires a specialized regulated storage service.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout. Taxes, refunds, and cancellation terms shown during activation form part of your agreement.

6. Contact and takedowns

Report prohibited content, copyright concerns, or security issues through the Support page. We may remove content or restrict access while investigating a report.
